Shipping policy

At SOL, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and safe manner. We want you to enjoy our products as soon as possible, and we work hard to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. Here are some important things you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

Delivery Time

We take between 15–20 business days to deliver your order for domestic orders, and an additional 2 business days for international orders. This is because we make each item with care and attention, and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible.
The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the product, the destination country, and the customs clearance process. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your order on our website or on the courier’s website.

Damaged Items

We inspect each item carefully before shipping it to you. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. The garment must be returned unworn and with all tags intact.
No replacement will be processed for damage claims made after the 24-hour period.
We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference. Please note that the return shipping cost for a damaged item will be borne by us.

Out of Stock Items

In case the product you ordered is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.
You can choose to wait for the product to be restocked, or you can opt for a refund in the form of online credit, which can be used to shop for any other product on our website.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Shipping Charges

The shipping cost within Hyderabad is ₹150.
Across India, we charge a flat fee of ₹250.
For international shipping, the cost will be calculated during checkout based on the value, weight, and volume of the items ordered.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Address

All of our orders are shipped from our studio in Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh, India to your provided shipping address.
You can change the shipping address only before the order is shipped. Please contact us on WhatsApp (+91 93900 86061) as soon as possible for any updates.
For multiple shipping addresses, please place separate orders.
You can place an order from anywhere in the world for delivery within India. Please ensure the correct PIN code is entered.
